Cup Lock Scaffolding System

STANDARDS


  • Cup lock Standards are introduced in five basic sizes (1000 mm ,1500 mm ,2000 mm ,2500 mm ,and 3000mm) lengths.
  • Cup lock Standards are manufactures from 48.3 mm O.D. Tube with 3mm and 3.2mm thickness
  • The lower cups are welded to standard at 500mm intervals.
  • The upper cups (movable cups) are used to locking up to 4 ledgers at one node.

7 – Prop Jack System

PRO JACK SYSTEM FRAME


The main components of the system are Plywood, H20 Timber Girders, Telescopic Props and other steel accessories. Telescopic props (columns) are used as formwork carrier elements in floor and beam formwork applications. These props which are very easy to mounting, dismounting and height adjustment purposes are produced for height adjustments of 3 m, 3.5 m, 4 m, 4.5 m and 5 m as standard. Telescopic props comprises of two main parts like inner and outer pi pes. Outer pi pes are produced from 60*3 or 60*2.5 mm black pi pes while inner pi pes are made of again black pi pes of 48*3 or 48*2.5 mm in size. We can produce different size and thickness of the steel.
Efficiently convenient to built residents, commercial and industrial facilities, shopping malls etc. preferably for the projects having relatively lower levels and irregular column-wall layout.

8 – Frame System

Frame


A very versatile access system, the Half Ladder frame, made of 48.3mm steel tubes, provides economical solutions to a host of Access requirements. With no loose fittings they are simple to erect & dismantle.
Dimensions as follows:- 2.0m High X 1.0m Wide.
They are placed 3.0m apart horizontally and the cross braces along with a horizontal brace are fixed ensuring a Steady working platform. It must be ensured that the base of the scaffold is level and that the frames are erected perfectly.
The system must be tied back to the Building for safety & stability and in instances where the application is on buildings higher than 20m the base of the system need to be tied together. The Cross & Horizontal braces are made of 27mm Diameter Tubes.
